RETURNS & SHIPPING

All orders to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. 

Orders will be dispatched for next day delivery if they are made before 12pm(only on working days), if not they will be dispatched the following day.

Saturdays and Sunday’s do not count as these are non-working days. 

Wardrobe luxury do not take any responsibility for any deliveries that are delayed by Royal Mail or go missing due to a wrong address provided, nor do we take responsibility for any parcel left at the post office for collection within the time Royal Mail provided you with to collect. 

From the day you receive your item you have 14 days to return or exchange the item if you wish to do so. The product(s) must be returned with the original tags attatched and also must still be in the same condition as it was when purchased(brand new).Once we receive the item and do our checks we will give you a full refund. 

There is NO RETURNS on our pre-owned items.
